Sabatier bread knife completely in wrought stainless steel service and in handle P.O.M (polymer high range) the characteristics of which are very well adapted in cooking cutlery . High strength to wear, shocks and to the acids of food and solvents. Rivets in stainless steel. Blade length: 20 cms. The Sabatier's knife was born in the Thiernois basin at the beginning of the XIXth century. Its name is a local family name whose grandfather of which created a shape of knife intended specifically for the professionals of catering industry.
