Sold by Citroën between 1948 and 1990, 2 CV or " deudeuche " is a popular car. In 1935, Michelin, tyre manufacturer, acquires Citroën and place Pierre Boulanger as boss. This one has the idea to create a car intended for the social classes of the rural and low-income world: 2 CV was born and its long careerbegins then in 1948. Its departure was slow. In 1952, 2 CV small van is adopted by postal services for the postal delivery in countrysides. Then orange, apple green will come 2 CV. In 1960, 2 CV receives a new hood that it was kept until the end of its production in 1990. Symbol of time and of a certain lifestyle ,it represents abroad a certain image of " classic France ", it became a myth of the automobile and the industry.
