Taupe dessert plate Limoges porcelain. Diameter: 21 cms. For the XVIIIth century, date of first productions, with the fame of Limoges porcelain, the name of the city evokes today immediately the art of porcelain. Porcelain is a ceramic with hard dough. Blend of kaolin, clay, quartz and feldspar. Thanks to the kaolin, porcelain has the peculiarity to remain white after the cooking. It is not porous and very shockproof thermal (is not afraid either of the freezer, or of the oven).
